RETURN POLICY


Pretty sure you love our COMFEE. items as much as we love making them but for an understandable reason there might be a chance you cannot give it a place in your closet and you want to return it.

Due to limited stock we cannot make an exchange so you will have to return the item and order the right size/model as soon as possible otherwise you might miss it.

Please make sure your return meets the following conditions:

  • You can only return your order 14 days after it has been delivered to you.

  • The product is in perfect condition: unwashed, unworn and no stains.

  • The item has all original COMFEE. tags.

  • The item is packed in a waterproof bag with tape.
     

COMFEE. cannot accept a return if the conditions above are not met.

The customer shall be held responsible for the delivery and all the shipping fees until it reaches COMFEE. warehouse.

When you’ve submit your return form, we will send you an email with the return label. (note this might take a day or 2)

Refunds

Refund will be allowed subject to the following conditions:

  • The customer is required to return the product to us in the manner as mentioned above.

  • COMFEE. does not refund shipping fee. 

  • Refund will be processed after COMFEE received the package in good condition.

  • COMFEE. does not refund if there is refusal on delivery due to nonpayment of duties and Taxes.

  • Socks are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
     

We will also allow you a refund in the following other circumstances:

  • If we conclude that the original payment was made out of fraud.

  • If there is duplicate payment was made due to technical glitch, or any other error.

  • If we consider the refund is necessary as per customer support staff as per our sole discretion.
     

The complete refund process normally takes about 3-15 working days from the date of confirmation of refund. We will refund your order to the original payment method, once it has been processed.
