RETURN POLICY


When the product doesn’t fit, is incorrect or when the product is damaged, the customer can return the product within 14 days after delivery. We will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory
(full address will be provided to the customer via email).


While making a return please make sure of the following:

  • The product is in perfect condition: unwashed, unworn and no stains.

  • The product have all original COMFEE. tags.

  • The product is packed in a waterproof bag with tape.

Please note the customer shall be held responsible for the delivery and all the shipping fees until it reaches COMFEE. warehouse. 
 

After 14 days of delivery of the product COMFEE. shall not be liable to accept a return.
 

The customer must contact info@comfeestores.com for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
COMFEE. will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification.

 

After returning the product the customer can claim a refund or exchange that product with a new one.

Refund/exchange will be allowed subject to the following conditions:

  • The customer is required to return the product to us in the manner as mentioned above.

  • COMFEE. does not refund shipping fee. 

  • Refund and exchange will be processed after COMFEE received the package in good condition.

  • COMFEE. does not refund if there is refusal on delivery due to non payment of duties and Taxes.

  • Any sale or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We will also allow you a refund in the following other circumstances:

  • If we conclude that the original payment was made out of fraud.

  • If there is duplicate payment was made due to technical glitch, or any other error.

  • If we consider the refund is necessary as per customer support staff as per our sole discretion.

We are happy to support you if there is any issue you can contact our back-office team for any inquiry or problem.

COMFEE. reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not match the return policy.

We will refund your order to the original payment method, once it has been processed.

 

The complete refund process normally takes about 3-15 working days from the date of confirmation of refund.
